Organise your wedding guests in style with our custom seating charts, professionally printed on premium foam board. Each chart is designed to be both functional and beautiful, helping your guests find their seats effortlessly while enhancing your ceremony or reception decor. Pair with our artificial floral arrangements or welcome signs for a cohesive, polished look. Our seating charts are lightweight and easy to display on easels or stands and can be fully customised to match your wedding theme and colour palette.

Production / print time: 2-4 weeks

Personalisation: Within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will send you a template to add your personalisation. Once you return the completed template, we will create a design proof for your approval. The design must be approved by you before we proceed with printing.

Note: If you would like other shapes, sizes or customisation for your sign that isn’t available via our shop, please get in touch.

Free Domestic Shipping (Australia-Wide) We offer free Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post and trusted courier partners, selected for reliability and care in handling.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after production)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (after production)

Production & Processing Time As our everlasting pieces are made to order, each item requires dedicated time for design and preparation.

  • Standard processing time: 2–4 weeks

  • Peak wedding seasons: Up to 6 weeks

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details the moment your order is dispatched.

Returns & Replacements

  • Pre-Designed Collection: We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items in our pre-designed collection (a $30 restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).

  • Custom & Personalised Items: Custom-made wedding flowers and personalized signs are entirely bespoke and are not eligible for return.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: While we take the utmost care, if an item arrives faulty or defective, please contact us within 3 business days with a photograph so we can arrange a remedy compliant with Australian Consumer Law.

Design Proofs (Signs & Printed Items) For printed items, a design proof will be emailed within 3 business days. It is your responsibility to review and approve it before printing.
