Shipping and Returns Policy
At The Bloss au, each design is thoughtfully created and carefully prepared to ensure it arrives as beautifully as it was created. This Shipping Policy outlines how we manage production, dispatch, and delivery of our bespoke floral arrangements and signs within Australia.
Free Domestic Shipping (Australia-Wide)
We offer free Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post and, where appropriate, other trusted courier partners selected for reliability and care in handling.
Processing Time
As our pieces are made to order and often personalised, each item requires dedicated time for design and preparation.
- Standard processing time: 2–4 weeks
- Peak or high-volume periods: up to 6 weeks
Once your order has completed production and has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be influenced by carrier delays, seasonal demand, weather events, or external circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items within our pre-designed flower collection.
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery
A $30 restocking and processing fee applies to all eligible returns. Please note that custom-made and personalised items are not eligible for return due to their bespoke nature.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process.
Replacements & Damaged Items
All care is taken to ensure you receive a beautiful product that we hope you’re delighted with. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please get in contact with us so we can understand your feedback and assess whether we may be able to offer an appropriate resolution.
The Bloss au, unfortunately, can’t take responsibility for any damage that may occur in transit, or for lost or missing items, however we will reasonably assist you should anything occur.
If any of your items arrive faulty or defective, then you may be eligible for a replacement.
To request a replacement, please:
- Contact us immediately on receiving your purchase, or within 3 business days at the latest.
- Provide a photograph and description of the issue.
We will assess your request and may offer a replacement or other solution. Our remedy will be compliant with Australian Consumer Law.
Design Proofs (printed items/signs)
For all printed items, a design proof will be provided within 3 business days once all required details have been received.
It is your responsibility to review the proof and confirm that there are no errors. Once confirmed, The Bloss au will arrange printing.
Reprints can be arranged, however will be subject to a reprint fee.
