Returns & Replacements

Pre-Designed Collection: We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items in our pre-designed collection (a $30 restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).

Custom & Personalised Items: Custom-made wedding flowers and personalized signs are entirely bespoke and are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Faulty Items: While we take the utmost care, if an item arrives faulty or defective, please contact us within 3 business days with a photograph so we can arrange a remedy compliant with Australian Consumer Law.
Design Proofs (Signs & Printed Items) For printed items, a design proof will be emailed within 3 business days. It is your responsibility to review and approve it before printing.

What types of flowers do you use?
We use real-touch flowers and premium artificial silk flowers including roses, dahlias, delphiniums, and cosmos, to name a few. All flowers are selected for their lifelike appearance, colour, and texture.
How far in advance should I order my faux flowers?
If it's a single flower arrangement for your home, we recommend 3-4 weeks. However if they form part of a larger wedding order, 6+ months in advance for all your artificial wedding flowers is recommended.
Can these be customised?
Yes. Artificial flower arrangements be customised in size, colour palette, and floral style.
