What type of materials are your wedding flowers?

All our wedding flowers are premium artificial flowers. We use real-touch silk flowers and high-quality stems to create lifelike bouquets, centrepieces, and flower clouds that look natural on camera and in real life.

Can I keep my wedding flowers after the day?

Absolutely! Our faux flowers are keepsake-worthy, so you can enjoy your arrangements long after the wedding. They make beautiful mementos or décor for your home.

Do your artificial flowers look realistic?

Yes — every stem is carefully selected for realism, colour harmony, and petal shape. We style them to mimic fresh blooms, even up close.

Are your flowers safe for people with allergies?

Yes! Our silk flowers are pollen-free, making them safe for brides, guests, and vendors with sensitivities.

Customisation & Styling Support

Can I customise my wedding flowers?

Yes! All our bouquets, centrepieces, and arrangements can be custom-designed to match your wedding style, palette, and vision.

Do you offer styling support for weddings?

We do. Our team can provide advice on floral placement, colour combinations, and styling for photos, so your wedding flowers look perfect on the day.

How do I work with you to create my custom designs?

Enquire with us and let us know your vision. We will provide you our pricing and we can work out whether we're a good match for each other.

Ordering and Pricing

My wedding is still months away. Can I secure my booking with a deposit?

Yes, we recommend that you do this for two reasons:

1. Our suppliers are regularly updating their stock and we may sell out before you get your order in. By securing your booking early, your order is on our radar and ensures we can lock down the supplies needed.

2. In peak periods, we can book out.

To reserve your booking, please contact us.

Am I able to see my flowers before you post them?

You sure can. We’re always happy to provide photographs or a video to ensure you love your wedding flowers as much as we know you want you to. We’re on the same team here!

You can request changes if your wedding flowers just needs a tweak or two to make them perfect for you!

Please note: we don't typically send photos for our pre-designed online range unless requested.

Is there a minimum spend for custom wedding flowers?

We don’t have a minimum spend for online purchases. We're passionate about what we do and are happy to oversee the design and planning process, regardless of the size of the order. However, due to minimum order quantities set by our suppliers, custom orders may at times require a minimum spend, depending on the flowers required and the amount of variety.

How far in advance should I order my wedding flowers?

During non-peak seasons, we recommend ordering at least 8 weeks before your wedding, especially for custom designs, to ensure time for design, approval, and shipping.

During peak seasons, we can book out, so the earlier the better to reserve you place.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Minor adjustments can usually be accommodated. Once production begins, changes may not be possible or may incur an additional fee.

Delivery and set up

Do you deliver wedding flowers?

Yes! We deliver across Australia, including destination weddings. You’ll receive tracking information and care instructions.

Can you help set up flowers on the wedding day?

For Victorian couples, we offer set up and pack down for hired arrangements.

For interstate couples, while we don’t provide on-site installation, we provide styling guidance to make setup simple. Our arrangements are ready to display and easy to position.

Are your arrangements suitable for hot weather or long events?

Yes. Our flowers are heat-friendly and long-lasting, maintaining their beauty throughout the ceremony and reception.

Care and storage

How do I care for my faux wedding flowers?

Simply dust lightly with a soft brush or cloth. Keep them out of direct sunlight for long-term colour preservation.

Can I reuse my wedding flowers for other events?

Absolutely! Our arrangements are durable and reusable, perfect for anniversaries, parties, or home décor.
