At The Bloss au, each design is thoughtfully created and carefully prepared to ensure it arrives perfectly.

Free Domestic Shipping (Australia-Wide) We offer free Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post and trusted courier partners, selected for reliability and care in handling.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after production)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (after production)

Production & Processing Time As our everlasting pieces are made to order, each item requires dedicated time for design and preparation.

  • Standard processing time: 2–4 weeks

  • Peak wedding seasons: Up to 6 weeks

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details the moment your order is dispatched.

Returns & Replacements

  • Pre-Designed Collection: We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items in our pre-designed collection (a $30 restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).

  • Custom & Personalised Items: Custom-made wedding flowers and personalized signs are entirely bespoke and are not eligible for return.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: While we take the utmost care, if an item arrives faulty or defective, please contact us within 3 business days with a photograph so we can arrange a remedy compliant with Australian Consumer Law.

Design Proofs (Signs & Printed Items) For printed items, a design proof will be emailed within 3 business days. It is your responsibility to review and approve it before printing.
